Event Description
More than ever, it is an ethical imperative to ensure that every funding dollar is used efficiently. Collaboration is one of our best strategies to make development dollars stretch - and meaningful learning, reflection, and coordinated action can help project managers and donors strengthen their programs in real-time. However, many programs and sectors do not yet have systems in place to share critical knowledge and translate lessons learned into better programs, which can result in missed opportunities, duplication, and wasted time and money.
In this half-day event, hosted by the Knowledge for Health (K4Health) Project, panelists will explore how low-cost, high reward investments in knowledge management can help programs avoid these pitfalls and accomplish their health objectives.
This event is tailored particularly for global health and development professionals who lead or manage teams or projects.
