Sample M&E Position Description from Indonesia, 2015

This document is a sample PD for senior M&E position in USAID/Indonesia. It speaks about how Learning and Adaption is related to M&E duties. Such senior M&E position should not only seek staff who are "learning ambitious" but have an appreciation of that country's broader evaluation context, from where promising local evaluators can be found and developed, and otherwise aware of that country's broader national development policy and evaluation environment.
