Event Description
Having the knowledge you need to do your job is critical to improving global health and development outcomes. But having the tools to help you apply that knowledge is just as crucial. The Knowledge for Health (K4Health) Project is sponsoring a hands-on workshop for mid-level managers and program staff to train them on essential knowledge management (KM) tools and approaches.
In this half-day workshop, attendees will pre-register for a facilitated morning session, choosing from a selection of six potential sessions. Each session will be organized around a key KM resource or approach. During each session, K4Health staff will lead participants through a presentation and interactive activities. In the afternoon, participants will attend a KM Café, rotating through a variety of KM approaches. Participants will leave the workshop with new KM skills to integrate into their work, as well as with a printed set of trusted KM resource materials.
