Utilizing and Learning from Evaluations

The value of an evaluation is in its use. Evaluations should inform decision-making, contribute to learning, and help improve the quality of development programs. This guidance offers USAID Program Officers practical guidance to ensure that evaluations serve these purposes and support improvement and learning.
