The CLA, Monitoring, and Evaluation Toolkits were developed by the Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning, Office of Learning, Evaluation and Research (PPL/LER) to share a set of common curated resources that reflect the latest version of the Program Cycle Operational Guidance (ADS 201). Each Toolkit is updated on a regular basis to incorporate content and insights from implementing CLA, monitoring, and evaluation practices in USAID programming.
Many people have provided content, comments, feedback, and insights into these curated sets of resources. Their contributions have been and continue to be essential to the ongoing development of these Toolkits. As a curated collection, not every tool or resource can be included. Find out how to share resources and tools.
