This ADS Additional Help document and template are intended to assist USAID Missions and Bureaus to develop a dissemination plan in line with USAID’s policies and USAID’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and learning. While primarily for use by USAID staff, the additional help and template may be of use for USAID’s implementing partners.
